Oliver DeMille is the author of A Thomas Jefferson Education: Training a Generation of Leaders for the 21st Century. This book (as well as the educational philosophy that it codifies) is commonly known as TJEd. He is also co-author of A Thomas Jefferson Education Home Companion with Rachel DeMille and Diann Jeppson, and Leadership Education: The Phases of Learning with his wife, Rachel. Oliver is a successful entrepreneur and popular speaker, mentor, and consultant. He and his wife, Rachel, have 8 children.

Rachel DeMille is Oliver's frequent co-author, most recently on their book, Leadership Education: The Phases of Learning. She is an accomplished teacher, speaker and "momschool" organizer. She is the principal contributor to the content on this website, and as such, any unnamed "I" refers to her.
