This may require additional personal energy and effort for students who do not attend a college that has statesmanship as the end goal for its student body. Mentors are crucial to helping students in Depth Phase gain what they will need to move forward in their life missions. When seeking mentors, students must seek individuals of high moral caliber who exemplify leadership and statesmanship.
